Why we exist

Wedding planning has a trust problem. We're the fix.

Directory sites sell placement to whoever pays. Group chats give you forty opinions and no answers. We do it the old way: we know the venues, we know the vendors, and we tell you the truth about both.

01

Local first

We live here, work events here, and walk these venues year-round. When we say a ballroom gets hot at 4 PM or a load-in dock floods in August, it's because we've been there.

02

Honest numbers

We publish real Miami price ranges, not national averages that set you up for sticker shock. You'll know what things cost before you fall in love with them.

03

Free for couples

You never pay us. We only recommend vendors we already know and trust, and those relationships keep the lights on. No pay-to-play listings, no markups on your contracts.

The venue shortlist

Twenty-one venues that earn it.

There are hundreds of venues in Miami-Dade. Twenty-one keep proving themselves, from gilded landmarks to the value picks nobody talks about. Here are three to set the tone.

01 Vizcaya Museum & Gardens Coconut Grove ~150 guests $$$$ The Gilded Age estate on Biscayne Bay. Limestone courtyards, formal gardens, and the most photographed backdrop in the city. Peak Saturdays book 12 to 18 months out.
02 The Biltmore Hotel Coral Gables ~300 guests $$$$ 1926 landmark glamour: courtyard fountain ceremonies, grand ballrooms, and a guest experience that runs itself. A classic for a reason.
03 Ancient Spanish Monastery North Miami Beach ~200 guests $$$ A 12th-century cloister shipped from Segovia stone by stone. Old-world ceremony in the chapel gardens, reception under the banyans. Unreal photos.

That’s three of twenty-one. See all twenty-one with filters, price bands, and the five-question venue matchmaker →

For 100 to 120 guests, most couples land between $45,000 and $90,000 all-in. The three biggest levers are venue choice, guest count, and bar package. Our budget guide breaks down realistic 2026 ranges line by line.
November through April is the dry season: lower humidity, near-zero rain risk, and gorgeous evening light. December through March is peak demand and peak pricing. A summer date can save real money if your venue has a strong indoor or covered backup.
For a Saturday between November and April, plan on 12 to 18 months. The most-requested venues book peak Saturdays well over a year out. Off-season and weekday dates can come together in 6 months or less, sometimes with meaningful discounts.
Yes, but public beaches require a permit from the city or county, and the rules limit structures, chairs, and amplified sound. Most couples get the beach backdrop with fewer headaches by booking an oceanfront hotel or a private venue with its own beach access. We'll tell you which path fits your plans.
Hurricane season runs June through November, with the most activity August through October. If you book in that window: get the venue's weather policy in writing, price event insurance, and make sure your vendor contracts address postponement. Most summer weddings go off beautifully, you just plan for the exception.
Work backward from sunset. Starting 90 minutes to 2 hours before it gives you a cooler ceremony, golden-hour portraits, and comfortable guests. In winter that means roughly a 4:00–4:30 PM start; in summer closer to 6:00 PM. Your photographer will thank you.
Yes. Couples never pay us anything, and we don't mark up your contracts. We only recommend vendors we already know and trust, and those relationships are how the lights stay on. No pay-to-play directory, ever.
Yes, and it's part of the free help. We'll point you to the right hotels for your venue and guest budget (and warn you about event-weekend pricing), and for summer dates we'll walk you through what event insurance should cover before you sign anything. Mention it in the form below.
