Villa Woodbine is a 1920s Mediterranean revival villa tucked under oak canopy off Bayshore Drive: coral stone, wrought iron, and a courtyard that was built for dancing decades before anyone called it a venue. It's old-Florida romance without estate-landmark pricing.
It runs package-style with in-house catering, which keeps the decision load light, closer to the Biltmore model than the blank-canvas estates. The oak canopy shades the courtyard, so earlier ceremonies work here better than at most outdoor venues.
